The two bathrooms, one with a bathtub, are a great convenience. The location is ideal, with lovely walks nearby and easy access to the charming village. The kitchen is well-equipped and the bedrooms are large and comfortable.
Parking can be a challenge as it is on the road and not always near the cottage.

I recently stayed at a charming cottage in a fantastic location near Robin Hood's Bay. The cottage was well-equipped, nicely decorated, and had a cozy feel to it. I especially loved the enclosed courtyard seating area, perfect for relaxing outdoors. The fact that there were two bathrooms was a bonus, as it made it convenient for everyone in my family to get ready in the mornings. The cottage was also within walking distance of pubs, shops, and cafes in Fylingthorpe and Robin Hood's Bay, making it easy to explore the area. I had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this cottage.
Drawbacks: Although the cottage was great overall, it would have been nice to have some basic provisions such as tea, coffee, sugar, and milk available upon arrival. Additionally, adding a few cushions to the sofa would have made it more comfortable for relaxation.

The bedrooms at Lyndale Cottage were absolutely cozy and comfortable, just what I needed to feel relaxed and close to nature. The Fair-trade teas and coffee in the hospitality tray made every morning extra special.
Personally, I found the lack of a bath in one of the bathrooms to be a bit disappointing, but I understand that others might prefer a shower instead.

The location was great, with beautiful walks nearby and close proximity to a gorgeous village. There were also plenty of options for dining out, with a pub only a short walk away.
One downside was the lack of basic amenities in the cottage, such as tea, coffee, and sugar. It was also disappointing to not have any cushions on the sofa, making it a bit uncomfortable to relax.

The decoration in the cottage was absolutely charming, with a cozy and welcoming feel. The soft colors and tasteful furnishings made it feel like a home away from home. The common areas were easily accessible for us seniors, with well-lit hallways and comfortable seating areas where we could relax and socialize with other guests.
A small suggestion for the children working there would be to have grab bars installed in the bathrooms for added safety and convenience for senior guests.

Our family had a fantastic time exploring South West Cornwall from the perfect location of Lyndale Cottage. We enjoyed cycling nearby and discovering the beautiful scenery. The cottage was well-equipped and spacious, providing a comfortable and cozy atmosphere for our family of all ages. We especially appreciated having two bathrooms, which made getting ready in the morning a breeze. , the enclosed courtyard seating area was a lovely space for relaxing after a day of adventures. The cottage offered privacy, as we only shared it with our own family members. It truly felt like a home away from home.
For dads, it would be great to have a few more games or toys available for children.
